I never heard of J.I.D so after getting halfway through Myke's critique I paused the review and went and listened to this project. J.I.D, young homie , you got a new fan in me, I will be checking for you in the future, this a diverse sonically appealing project. Note to fans of DEHH: in the future if you don't know an artist they are reviewing don't automatically dismiss it as garbage because it ain't popular as Drake or Ross you might be missing a jewel IJS...

Watching this again, I totally agree with Feefo. He sounds like Wayne. Has the same cadence. Just because Wayne sounded overtly Southern doesn't mean JID has to sound overtly southern. Look at A$AP Rocky - he doesn't sound like he's really from H-town on any songs anymore, unless they sample or feature someone from there. I'm not tryna make the same cadence argument with Rocky, but do you get what I mean?
