They exist. Go to the gym that’s the most run down, ghetto, old school. And make sure there’s a big whiteboard in the gym that keeps track of the members heaviest lifts (shows they promote the behavior shown in this video). There’s a gym by my place like this and their white board all had numbers in the 600lbs +. Never even knew people in my city were that strong. Played great music and all the equipment was OG. You’ll know it’s a good gym when it’s the owner wants to talk to everyone who comes in

If the bar is longer your arms won't resist any moment created by the increased moment arm. The bar will just deform (bend) more. Your arms behave like cables. If the bar bends too much you might feel awkward gripping it. From what I see the bending is wild in top competitions which means the weights travel less from the ground. I don't know if that makes the lift easier or harder due to grip issues.
