@the-NightStar While it's true that fans don't have the direct impact on a movie like Ryan Reynolds has, the fact that they are very vocal on social media about a movie, would have to have gotten the producers attention during the production of the movie.
@AceVenturaaa29 күн бұрын
@@the-NightStar Two things can be true at once. Ryan pushed for it for years, yes, but it wasnt until test footage got leaked that the Studio was forced into submission. Ryan tried for over a decade to get it made & they refused. Ryan Reynolds said it himself 'the fans made Deadpool happen'. That test footage went viral on youtube & then & only then was Deadpool given the greenlight WITH the R-rating. W/o the fans making the Studio/producers understand that this is what was wanted & that they wud 100% only see it in theaters if it had that rating, the movie wudnt have gotten made. Or if it finally did get made, it wudnt have done well in theaters. Consumers dont sign contacts, but they barter terms by.. u know, consuming. They were integral in creating the buzz needed for Deadpool to come to fruition & for the movie getting the R-rating. The Studio/Ryan did their parts by making a fantastic movie that was true to the Deadpool character & comics. Then, the fans did their part by making it a hit at the Box Office, which then allowed for sequels to be made. Supply & Demand.
