I love that they put Bob in here. It proves that Ryan is a huge fan. Bob is a recurring character in the comics who regularly takes henchman jobs for the various criminal organizations, and constantly runs into Deadpool during his jobs. Deadpool always spares him because they are friends. Anyone who doesn't read the comics would think this was a completely random moment. But in reality it is the best cameo in the whole movie.

I never really thought he was "trolling" myself. I always viewed it as an accidental "oversight" on his part. Especially given how DRIVEN he was to FIND Ajax ASAP, trolling would merely SLOW his progress. Also, I suspect that Zamboni guy actually gave Wade a legitimate LEAD. (Maybe not DIRECTLY to Francis, but perhaps to the next "higher up"?) after Wade said "Tell me where your BOSS is!". Since THAT would be a question he COULD answer.

There is no fixing his face. His cancer got the same super healing factor he got, so his entire body is constantly fighting between being Super Caner and healthy cells. Um actually, as seen by the bullet time scenes all throughout the movies, plus the slicing of bullets, Deadpool's reaction time is at slowest, as fast as a fruit fly, which has a very fast reaction time, plus, to think about how to cut those bullets, he'd have to have a far faster perception and thought than that of his reaction time, which again, would see the world in a rather notably slow motion, plus L, plus ratio, plus el bozo. Also, Gwenpool can read thought bubbles, and Deadpool is definitely comparable to her, even if not *AS* fourth-wall-breaking and as powerful with said breakage of that forth wall. Also in the comics the reason his speech is tinted is because his vocal cords look kinda like his skin burn wise, and he would realistically sound like a ghoul from the Fallout series.

So yeah Deadpool actually takes place in the new timeline created after Days of Future Past (The one Logan wakes up in during the end of the film) where everything post 1973 is open to change. Some stuff stay the same but they'll be changes, mostly to the things fans did not like such as X-Men Origins: Wolverine not being canonical but the history of Logan himself should be similar. X-Men: The Last Stand never happens as we see both Scott and Jean alive during the end of Future Past, Charles never dies and enters his twins body. Also characters like Colossus are closer to their comic counterparts visually looking much closer to his character and actually being Russian in the film, Maybe the Colossus we saw in the original films just lost his accent, idk.

A "Dutch oven" is when you're in bed with someone and you fart under the covers, and then you hold the covers down and force the other person to smell it. The opening song is Juice Newton - Angel of the Morning 😂 Her name is Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Her powers are that she can build up and release concussive waves of energy. Colossus a.k.a. Piotyr (Peter) Rasputin can turn his flesh into organic steel. 😮 Blade was first introduced in Tomb of Dracula as a nemesis. Created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist Gene Colan. The reason Deadpool keeps forgetting to bring his guns is movie budgetary restraints. I.E. it wasn't in the budget...lol. same reason they only show two X-Men. Maximum effort is much more economical. 😂 When Wade said Francis was using his fists on last Friday....he was implying he had no date...if ya know what I mean...😂 The end credits scene is an homage to Ferris Buehler's Day Off starring Matthew Broderick. It too had an end credits scene with Ferris in a bathrobe which for an 80's movie was rare. 😅 MMA fighter Gina Carano of Mandalorian fame (Cara Dune) played Angel Dust. The female mutant who fought Colossus. 😮
@jamesmarciel52379 ай бұрын
Actually, the joke that Deadpool makes about the “fist” isn’t about Ajax not having a date. It’s a reference to the act of “Fisting”. Please Google, I am not going to explain that act here. It’s kind of related to how Deadpool says on the bridge, how Ajax looks like he’s been “Pitching, not catching.” As in giving, not taking. Both of those are much more vulgar insults than what you think is just a J/O joke.

So while Deadpool DOES have hyper regeneration like Wolverine, the procedure also gave his cancer cells the regeneration. And they immediately spread all around his body, including his brain, driving him beyond insane. He realized he was a comic book character, and would directly reference previous issues, as opposed to the artist just putting in an asterisk and a footnote. He'd also look into other panels on the same page so he could know what's going to happen. The insanity also gave him 2 additional voices in his head, portrayed by a pair of different colored thought bubbles, but they couldn't really do that in the movie.

Francis and the dish soap Ajax both got their name from the same place: in Classical Greek myth, the King of Salamis was named Ajax, and he was renowned for being "Stronger than all of Greece" during the events of the Trojan War that he fought in. This is clearly what Francis was thinking of when he named himself Ajax. The dish soap was named Ajax because it is "stronger than all grease" :P And of course none of Ajax's henchman that Deadpool is accosting know his real name, so as he goes around asking "WHERE'S FRANCIS", no one is going to be able to tell him even if they wanted to :P Additionally, Deadpool's skin isn't burn scar tissue. His healing factor heals ALL of his cells; that includes the CANCER cells, because they're healthy cells too just in a state of constant replication. The danger of cancer comes from the tumors pressing on healthy organs and stopping blood flow, so to protect the rest of his body, his power pushes the tumors away from everything else. To the skin. Deadpool's skin is tumors. Yes, this is real.

*I get a huge kick out of the part where Deadpool says "Wait!! You're probably wondering why the red suit? Well, that's so bad guys don't see me bleed. (Points to the armed thug wearing brown pants) This guy's got the right idea, he wore the brown pants." 😅🤣I swear, Ryan Reynolds was born to play Deadpool. He nailed the character so damn well that we forgot about the atrocity that was the Green Lantern movie.*

Deadpool's powers are pretty much a 100X better healing factor than Wolverine. He still has cancer, but he technically heals so fast that the cancer doesn't progress. He's like Mr. Burns lol. Also his powers include breaking the 4th wall. So he knows if he's in a movie or comic book, which is why he can make references to us the audience about real life.

Deadpool can’t read minds or anything, that scene was just him imagining what they might be thinking, Deadpool’s powers are healing, enhanced reflexes and strength and breaking the fourth wall, that’s about it

That ending in the robe after a shower was a homage to Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

Deadpool’s powerset…similar to Wolverine he was experimented on which gives him the normal superhuman speed, stamina and strength that most supes have like Captain America. DP is able to regenerate similar to Wolverine and is an expert martial artist and swordsman. The “hearing thoughts” is him breaking the fourth wall which is a quirk that has carried over from the comics. Deadpool, She-Hulk and a few other characters are the only ones with this “ability” in the mcu right now.

"Made you with a computer" is a reference to the 80s movie Weird Science. Watch that one. Also, pause the deadpool in the bar. Hint: its got Bill Cosby kills Hanable Burress. The post credits scene was a reference to another 80s movie, Ferris Bullers day off.

The comic book original Colossus, was a Russian, who lived on a farm and gained his abilities by protecting his little sister from a run away tractor.

This comment is at 15:15. There are only two movies I can think of that would even be in (trailing behind) the running for edgiest superhero movies and they are: Kick Ass and The Watchmen. This is the gravy of life, loving what you do.. and we as fans of The Octobers love what you do! ✌️😎👍💕

Also fun fact Thanos in the comics was fell love with the embodiment of death but she fell in love with Deadpool and to prevent them from ever being together he used the infinity stones to make Deadpool immortal meaning on top of having wolverine's healing powers he also couldnt die.
