Being a fellow small business owner I know what you mean, its part heart breaking half blood boiling when you hear a issue not directly from your customers. A little communication goes a long way, any smart small business owner will move heaven and earth to fix problems. Thankfully I haven't had too many incident for my companies.

Some people really get off on leaving negative reviews, no matter how good of service they receive.

When you tell an entitled person “NO”, no matter who they are, it crosses wires in their brain and they go into full “ret*** mode” lol….love that movie 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Something I’ve noticed about the people who criticize and nitpick on BaT is they all seem to leave a similar comment: “oh if this had [certain option] I would’ve been all over it.” Meanwhile they’ve never placed a bid within 20% of the hammer.

Also BaT really needs to introduce silent dislikes/downvotes on comments, and people who start getting hit low need to be restricted. Same with people who almost exclusively place nonsense bids. Jail. Straight to jail.

@@switchcars oh yeah I mean consequences for repeated non constructive comments. And yeah more often than not zero bids - they’re waiting for juuuust the right stitching color on the owners manual

I think any true car buyer looking at your reviews would probably laugh at some of the negative ones you got recently. Especially the guy bragging about bringing cash in; you said it best, having money means nothing, there are tons of perpetual time wasters. Anyone who has spent 5 mins buying/selling cars knows that, and can instantly read that review and get a good laugh. edit: the ****ing BAT tire kickers, who have 0 bid history (or insane lowball bid history) just tearing apart cars are insane. I've genuinely thought about making a video segment making fun of these people.

That TikTok review honestly might feel warranted to your client. You explained in another video all the details, but it just looked like you were kicking someone starting off a business.
