I used to overthink too much before but not anymore. I somehow overcome anxiety and I feel positive and energised almost every minute and don't care of what people think and stopped prove them who I am. When we stop doing this and going on our way and release the negative energy from others, life is going great.

Thank you for making that list. I asked my husband to give our marriage a second chance and he first asked why now. We have been married 22 years . We were under separate roof for ten. But I would go on weekends where he lived to be with him. At this time he was in relationship with his coworker. He didn't tell her we were back together. He didn't delete all the flirtatious messages. Everytime the cell rings I get upset. So now when I go to be with him on weekends he will turn the ringer off because of how I get upset. He says he hasn't texted her and vice versa. I've gotten a little better. But I want my self esteem back. I want to not think about him with this person.

These tips are on point. My father gave me another very important tip sometime ago and I would like to share it all you people out there. He told me that you cannot make someone stay. A relationship is about two people being together no matter what. As Aaron said that there will be ups and downs but you stay together. That's a true relationship. The only thing that matters is that you stay true to your partner. You cannot stop someone from cheating by being insecure. You would just be burning yourself inside out. Stay true and stay loyal.

Insecurities nearly destroyed my relationship. She didn't reply since 3 days ago,I was insecure and anxious, assuming that she had abandoned me,then I texted something stupid like"you can just tell me if you want to break up.Im moving on." Later I watched this video,then deleted those messages immediately. And texted"are you alright, I'm here for you." Later she texted back:"I was in hospital, badly ill, they won't let me use phone." I won't feel insecure anymore.

I am not married but I have cheated on my boyfriend but It wasn't actual sex. I regret it still and I will always regret it till the day I die. My boyfriend forgave me. I am always honest with my boyfriend and he knows that. That is one of the reasons why he forgave me. He knows that it wasn't my intention to cheat. I didn't want to It's just I felt pressured. My boyfriend forgave me but I haven't really forgiven myself. I feel so stupid. Being able to forgive and to let go of past hurts is a critical tool in marriage. Additionally, being able to forgive is a way to keep yourself healthy both emotionally and physically. Lack of forgiveness can also wear you down. Being unforgiving takes both a physical and mental toll. Resentment gains momentum and chips away at the foundation of your well-being and your relationship. The act of forgiveness can reduce the risk of heart attack, lower cholesterol levels, improve sleep, reduce pain, lower your blood pressure, and decrease levels of anxiety, depression, and stress. The hurt you have suffered may make a difference. Certainly, it is more difficult to forgive a spouse for years of infidelity than it is for a minor mistake such as forgetting to pay a bill on time. Try to be patient with yourself as you experiment with different strategies. Are you wondering if it is really possible to listen to someone’s call with your phone? if yes, We are in the technology age where everything is possible to do. About tip number 1: The level of trust you have for other people is something that add up from all of your previous experience. You can't just decide to trust people because trust is mostly instinctual. Trust is something you either have or don't, and changing it takes a lot of time and effort. That is why trust issues are hard to work around, unfortunately.

I only snooped once. I looked at one text message and it was entirely enough to end the relationship. My ex-gf (we had been together over 5 years) had been talking to her friend about finding an apartment, so she could leave me. There had been weeks of clues, things had already been turning downward, and it took a lot to get me to that point. I'm a normally intuitive person, so I didn't expect anything worse. I didn't pussy-foot around the issue either. I just dropped the situation on the table and made no excuses. To this day, I'm sure I did the right thing for my situation. (I ended a toxic relationship.)

@sbrazenor29 жыл бұрын
+Saif S Don't be discouraged by the 'horror' stories. There are a lot of possibilities that will come from dating and relationships. It's a statistics game, really. You have to interact with a lot of girls to find the ones with a mutual attraction, then over-time you determine if your values are aligned, and your goals. (i.e. Do you see yourselves together in 10 years? Do you both want kids; if so, when?; etc.) In part, I should have left the relationship sooner. This is because of drama issues with her family, emotional incompatibility (I'm very logical, she was very emotional and irrational.), and we were growing further apart in our goals and values. If you do the hard digging early on, you can weed out the bad ones (or duds, as I call them) fairly quickly. The best advice I can offer is to have fun. Don't look at dating as a chore, or a means to find 'the one'. If you do, it will be discouraging and feels like work. Instead, go and meet ladies you enjoy being in the company of and see where it goes. As a side point, if you want to have sex, don't talk about sex first. Just show interest in staying romantic, but don't mention sex first. I often allow the woman to come to that topic first, because it allows them to commit to it mentally as a goal, and it feels like an accomplishment for them. (Women want what is not readily available.) If 'you' bring it up then one of two things happens, either you look needy, or they assume you're only spending time with them for sex. (Which they won't give you.) In many facets of relationships you're going to find that in order to get a desired result, you'll need to do the opposite of what should make sense. (i.e. If you want her to spend more time with you, ignore her a bit, so she has to reach out and try to get time with you.) I've been at this 'dating game' since you were a toddler, so trust me, I've learned a lot. Despite being an overweight, fairly average looking guy, I've slept with more than 3X the average partners that a man usually does. I've also dated tons of women. (I can't honestly remember how many, but it's likely over 100 over the years.)
@SaiF2909 жыл бұрын
SeanFromPVD Wow dude, thanks for the advice. I consider myself average or slightly above avg looking but I dress really neat, groom myself and stuff like that, i'm skinny fat (more on the skinny side), but i've been working out and really enjoying the process, a lot of older people say I'm really handsome but I think its just to be nice lol, two girls have said I have a really nice smile back in HS and I can talk to girls pretty easily and make jokes with them as long as I know them already (I was extremely socially anxious all my life until I decided to talk to people in the middle of hs, it was painful at first but I made some nice friends). I thought a few girls may have liked me in hs (they laughed at everything I said, made eye contact, whatever), but like next thing you know, they have boyfriends lol. I just find it really hard to be all flirty with a girl that I hardly know, and just deciding whether you like a girl or not based on her appearance. I'm not looking primarily for sex, although I'm a man so of course I want it haha, but what I'm looking for is a meaningful relationship, someone that I can marry later on and now that I've just started college, it seems so unrealistic to think that big because I don't know any girls yet and they just seem so unfriendly and closed, you know? And how am I supposed to date one of them if I can't even get to know them? And like I said, even the ones you know, they always have a new boyfriend. Sorry for the long reply man, again I'm sorry that your 5 years of dedication went to waste.

I feel like I'm dieing internally being in this "relationship" I'm in and it's ultimately draining my energy and mental clarity. The insecurities, the verbal and physical abuse, the overwhelming amounts of stress and accusations on a daily basis I feel has reached it's maximum peak. I'm ready to be free and finally see myself smile again and for once feel a sense of joy and happiness.

This video helped me a lot. I'll admit I have been being an insecure partner; and I even shameful to say, snooped in their phone. You said it's impossible to stop once you have done that, but I am really trying to take the steps to becoming a better boyfriend. For example today, my partner left their phone in the car while I was in it waiting. I had the opportunity to look through it, but I chose not to. I will continue to refer back to this video whenever I get anxious and feel the need to do something stupid. Thank you!

Honestly what helps me most is knowing wow guys get insecure too? Because I feel like I’m not normal when I get insecure and I worry that I’m the only one feeling it. What helps me most is talking to my boyfriend about it and when he’s open enough to say that he gets insecure sometimes too. That helps me a lot and feel closer and connected with him. Because both sides get insecure both sides worry and staying in open and healthy communication is honestly the best thing to do with those worries instead of creating images and scenarios in your mind and looking for things to be worried about. All these tips are so true and so helpful. Thank you!

I over think almost everything too and am insecure in my relationship. and have trust issues. Then I lash out at my boyfriend and get angry at him and don't believe what he's saying, I can be mean to him and say things I know aren't true. And yet he still stays with me and understands and helps me through my insecurity, which I'm so blessed to have. It's hard to change, even though I know I'm hurting him Everytime I get angry and lash out. If someone is insecure and struggling with that, don't leave them for that. They can't help it and they need help overcoming it. They need someone who loves them for them and can be understanding. 💖

My fiancé and I use each other's phones and computers all the time, tends to be we pick up whichever gadget is handy to look up info on the web. This works because we know each other's friends, neither of us has anything to hide and we fully trust and tell each other everything, yet we're resepectful of each other's right to have private conversations with friends and family. Conversely, I think it's pretty suspicious if someone doesn't let their phone or laptop out of their sight and flips out if you go near it.

Irene very true! Like Alpha said in his video, "You can't mind-read" and find out when somebody cheats on you and there is no human who will EVER admit to cheating no matter how many times you ask! I have not been cheated on (yet), but I see it around the world and want to prevent it before it happens to me! And I am jealous of you, when I proposed her to start showing and registering all events we are going to, she thought it was crazy and weird! Your relationship is amazing and its the only thing I see to have 100% chance to succeed compared to mine, which only has 99%; that 1% that everyone omits could be what makes and breaks it for people. And people shouldn't judge ill a person who knows about their sensitivities and try to prevent suffering from hurting them!

This advice works if you've gotten into a relationship where you and your partner are on the same page. Where communication about topics that could be difficult like our insecurities are met with care and respect mutually. Hopefully you two are both mature enough to have these conversations about boundaries and insecurities in a healthy and team-oriented way, making compromises or Win-Win's that help yourself and your partner grow. We are not in the relationship business to watch our insecurities and deepest wounds/fears flare up because we are choosing an incompatible partner. The two of you may not necessarily be bad people, but y'all could be unhealthy for each other. In a healthy relationship, both of you will support each other's insecurities well. If you have serious issues though or you're really being unfair/unkind to your partner, go get more support from psychologists and friends etc. Otherwise, ideal relationships in my opinion are balanced and are two-way streets. Last thing I want you to do is to gaslight yourself into thinking You or your insecurities are the primary problem in the relationship. It might just mean your boundaries are being crossed or you're not enforcing them. Take a hard look in the mirror. Strengthen and Love yourself to the point that you can walk away from an unhealthy situation. Prioritize your psycho-emotional health, safety and security. You know what you deserve and need to lead a safe, secure, and fulfilling life. Peace!

I'm good at parkour and when I have a good day of training, that day and the next I feel like a badass even tho I'm no different from when I didn't train. do something athletic/ work out. do like Brazilian jui jitzu, or a martial art. when you get use to having someones arm around your neck, or doing a flip gap or concrete, it's easier to cope with fear and being nervous. but if u don't wanna do athletics, put ur self in scenarios where ur nervous, you can train everything. train yourself to be confident and to ignore your own personal shit talker in your head.

He contacted me saying stop messaging jemma (my ex) or I’ll come and sort u out. So I txt jemma saying wtf is going on. The dude (cringy one) somehow knew some really private shit about me that only jemma would know about so I went ape shit with er saying why have u told everyone about this? This cunt gets pissy at me and calls me pathetic for starting beef with her. No way is that pathetic at all she is the asshole for sharing that info with everyone! Can’t believe her honestly. So overall she is a fucking bitch who manipulated me and made me feel shit about my appearance (because I’m 5”7) and made me feel like a little boy, when actually I’m not and I know I’m not. Trust me, you don’t. Insecurity can really take over you. Keep doing you and the right person will come at the right time. Live your own life rn, and be happy with it (yes i realize this post is 2 yrs old haha)
