The guests began to realise quickly what they were witnessing was the real thing. Marvelous. Thank you Dean and Ian. What you did there was remarkable.

Dean Ford had a great voice, and anything negative spoken or insinuated about him, is or was, someone's jealousy. This was a good man, a highly talented man, with terrific star presence. Very few like him! God's light shined on him.

Stunning Dean Ford voice.., Always thought it was Junior Campbell and Graham Knight hitting the high notes in their 3 part harmony on the Marmalade songs, but Dean had an awesome range on his voice, too.

I ran across this diamond in the raw by accident. I was missing my Scottish father and trying to find some good music that he may have liked and listen to. Oh my! I fell in love with Marmalade! Dean's voice range is incredible. It is smooth as silk. These guys are cuties too. I wish I could've seen them in concert but I was too young. I'm however addicted! ❤❤❤❤❤

Junior! Hello. I've been looking at Marmalade videos from days gone by and I very much appreciate your (and the band's) musicianship. While serving in Iraq, US Army, in 2007 (I know--many years after its release) I drew comfort (in an exceedingly tough environment) from then re-acquainting myself with Reflections. Thank you for such a masterful song--as well as all the other songs! P.S.: Regarding your vocal range, are you a 1st tenor? Thanks.

What a brilliant version of that song, i bet there are a few of us who listen to him and wish we could sing it just half as well as Dean did,,,,, no doubt about it, a very under rated singer,,,,, or maybe not so much under rated,,, but a little forgotten, and he should'nt be,,,,, Radio 2 should give him some airplay ,,,,,, come on Chris Evans get him on the Phone Tuesday morning

Janete - Dean Ford (Thomas McAleese) Hit the drink for a lot of years but he seemed to make some little comebacks with fellow Glasgow musicians untill recently when he got together with Badfinger guitarist Joe Tansin and made some good songs and even recreated 'Reflections of my life' you must listen to it as it is very touching to see him as an old man now but still a lovely voice, I prefer my memories when he was in the Marmalde with Junior Campbell. Hope it helps.

Really? I admire you for having the great taste to book Dean Ford for your big event. What a superstar he is. Did he sing many songs? Why not post one or two more because as you can see this gem of a video is loved by so many people. A big THANK YOU to whoever posted this. I was forever a huge fan of Marmalade and to hear Dean sing this to perfection is totally brilliant. Hope you haven't got divorced in the meantime!!! HA! HA! I HAVE JUST BEEN READING THE COMMENTS AGAIN AND I AM SHOCKED TO FIND OUT DEAN DIED EARLIER IN THE YEAR. What a terrible loss to the music world. Dean was a fantastic singer and a talented songwriter. How sad he is no longer with us. Sadly missed and respected.
