Thank you! I really appreciate you saying that. I did my best to explain it as quickly and thoroughly as I could. When I wanted to learn trad grip, almost every person I watched from Jo Jo Mayer to Jim Chaplin, insisted on giving a very detailed description and the history lesson on it. They were definitely helpful tutorials but I had to sift through so much talking just to learn one exercise lol
