As a dental assistant, I can say that the whiteness of the teeth has nothing to do with the health of the teeth. Most teeth have more or less a yellowish tinge and are completely healthy. Likewise, perfectly white teeth (especially if they are bleached) can cause problems and not be healthy.

I’ve read a lot of books, but women’s magic truths on borlest is on another level. It doesn’t just talk about vague concepts-it reveals secret techniques that can actually help you attract almost anything you want in life. Love the aesthetic but I prefer to be sometimes clumsy but more relaxed about my presence in public. I met people who tried to look expensive and they were graceful, always smiling and polite etc but completely inauthentic. It felt like they were concentrating on themselves too much thinking about how to behave.

@@_lze Exactly. I have met many women who were put together, elegant and graceful who were also warm and friendly and completely authentic. The thing that I struggle with is my weight. It may be my self esteem, but I feel like nobody would respect me or look at me like I'm elegant or feminine because I am mid-size/plus-size, even if I follow all the tips of the world. My hair is also always frizzy, especially with my baby hair, so I always look dirty even after a good all-body exfoliation and hair mask.
@lauraelizabethbrown2 ай бұрын
Cut all seed oils (veggie oil, canola, margarine) and opt for natural fats (butter, olive oil, lard). Our bodies aren't made to consume man made garbage so it may cause some people to gain weight easier or even for those who don't-- chronic inflammation and illnesses over time. Speaking of man made garbage, cut ultra-processed foods (packaged chips, many ready-meals, microwavables) and opt for single ingredient foods (steak, rice, apples, broccoli.) There's lots of questionable chemicals in packaged items that we can't even pronounce. I have more ideas but try doing JUST that and don't even worry about counting calories at all and see if you feel any better. As far as frizzy hair, maybe try different types of shampoo/conditioner that are for curly hair and are VERY moisturizing...opt for more natural products with no sulfates to make your hair frizz. Also I know the curly girl hair care method is very involved, but see if you can just try out some of the techniques recommended. Also remember that you're a fabulous human and that truly "expensive" people are people with class, manners, and respect for those around them.
@hanam4302 ай бұрын
you should try a curly girl routine!
@juliaharding84812 ай бұрын
I think you might be overthinking it, the effort you put in definitely shines through :) Experimenting with simple and established trusted hair care products might help, but if you're younger, especially going through puberty it's completely normal for your hair to be frizzy. Hormonal changes in general can alter your hair texture a lot, it's often perfectly normal and something most women experience. There are also many well respected, elegant, and feminine mid/plus size influential women. Diversifying the role-models you follow in life might help you to appreciate yourself and others of any size or appearance. It's cheesy but what's on the inside really does count the most, your confidence, and the respect and kindness you show to others and yourself will absolutely leave the strongest positive impression on others. I know I'm just some stranger on the internet, but I felt like I struggled with a lot of similar thoughts when I was younger, so I hope this helps

hey! im also the type who isnt skinny or "conventionally attractive" because of my weight, my skin, and my hair. i have always been fat since i was a kid, frizzy hair due to my curls, and i feel like my skin looks dull and too textured. but over time, i have come to accept these as just part of what makes me unique. my hair is my favorite part of me now after i learned to take care of it (curly girl method), my weight didnt matter much ever since i started working out and started feeling better mentally rather than how i was looking on the outside. i also realized that a lot of the people that i think are confident and attractive and elegant have their own insecurities too, we just differ in the way we carry ourselves. im also just working on my confidence especially since i have anxiety, but i hope you learn to embrace yourself too. sometimes, when i look back in old pictures and think about how insecure i was at that time, i realize that i actually just looked fine and past me was just too hard on myself then. i didnt look bad, i was just young. people change, we are just humans. be kind to yourself 💟 edit: removed an emoji, did not know why it was there 😭

While education and taste are important, being emotionally honest is even more important than knowing facts. And to be emotionally honest and mature it takes time to reflect on your own, therapy, journaling, etc. You have to realise that you easily can hurt someone with your words or you can make them feel good about themselves. You have to decide and think about who you want to be on your own apart from a conversation. Then you can say what you mean loudly and confidently without being afraid of hurting anyone or being misunderstood. Just emotionally honest and calm.

Hair shine has a lot to do with porosity. Low porosity hair has a tighter cuticle, so it's very shiny. High porosity hair looks matte, even if it's healthy. I'm not sure if hair glossing treatments can help.
