There was a time i gave up and fully prepared to be single my whole life( after went through so many episodes of meeting , dating, failing) . But I feel blessed at my 38 i finally found someone that i feel confident to go for LTR, this year is our 3rd year together, having partner at older age is very important at least for me. I feel my life is more meaningful , all of you who is still searching please dont give up yet, sometimes faith comes at the least expected time. I wish good luck for all of the gay in singapore 🎉

I cherish this conversation very much. Because, it gave me an insight of the Chinese parents' mindset, regarding of their children's orientation. I also guess, Malay / Thai parents, are more flexible & accepting towards LGBTQ, in general. It must be the different culture, with most of Traditional Chinese families.

As someone much older than the 3 of you, while I agree the odds of finding a partner may seem smaller as we age, love doesn’t always come knocking during our prime years. I met my partner when i was 43 - an age most are discounted and deemed past their shelf life. We have been together for almost 10 years now. So for those who lament they haven’t found ‘the right one, I know exactly how it feels, but know that love doesn’t always follow our timeline. Until the one comes along, love and live your life to the best you can.

I love how this podcast is sooo real, atleast to me, as a gay Asian person. I think sometimes on the internet, everything becomes so fabricated and fantasied!

here is my thoughts after watching this episode: Kieran: Rational type and i like the way u share your view about valued the sharing experience with partner Aiman: Emotional type and dont keep thinking about ur partner will die la, hahahahah, u r so funny and kind. Sean: Emotional > Rational type, reminding of myself.

It really is until they start attacking me!!
@jamesquivey1538Ай бұрын
I've learned that it takes 2 "me's" to make a "we". If I am not comfortable in my own skin, I cannot be comfortable with someone else. Trying to find a relationship because I need that person to make me whole never works. Get a therapist! The other thing is being available to the other person. Open my mind and allow them to interact with me and see where it goes. If we are meant to be together then it will happen. Viewing several episodes now, I keep hearing this repeating theme about white guys and their "size". Someone needs to introduce you to black men. It's the difference between "ouch" and "DAMN"! Bring a wheelchair to the hook up because you aren't walking after!!!

@bernardlokman544222 күн бұрын
Once you reach late 30s you cannot tahan dealing with people anymore. Looking at all the overly curated photos and reading their profiles such as 'interest: gym, coffee, food,travel'. Seriously, who does not like coffee, food and travel? In the end, many gay men are investing themselves in things that are not interesting. Money, body and career. What else? Every second person becomes a cookie cutter guy. In the end, you learn to not to compromise for things that matter to you. Some people are born to be alone.
