The map has elevation. The Jhin was standing in the river which is low ground and the Ashe was up the ramp in the jungle. You can test it yourself in practice tool

"Bork, one of the worst items in the game" when I see damage recaps as a squishy where it did half the damage. Even when it went from 12% to 10% to 8% current health dmg, it still is extremely strong for no reason. No other item in terms of item damage comes even close to contributing to half of the damage in damage recap.

@Orpheus4-45 the scene I am thinking of is when a character who had just lost their arm grabbed their opponent by the face and began scraping it across the wall. The big set off for me here is the character is a vampire missing an arm. Very reminiscent of the way Briar looks here.
