Right. It's like saying "I'm simply choosing to no longer live." "So you're committing suicide??" "No, I'm simply choosing not to continue in life, are you gonna make me live when I no longer want to?" There's no such thing as simply choosing to no longer live, its suicide. Just like there's no such thing as simply choosing to not have a child once you're already pregnant, it's murder.

“I was 16 and got pregnant, blah blah blah.” I really start to get sick of people who don’t want to take responsibility for their actions…. My mom had me at 16 and I’m an engineer. @sidwhiting665
@sidwhiting665 Жыл бұрын
Sadly, there are many "Christian" girls like her who do the same. Loudly and proudly, they champion murdering their children. I just have to wonder how many of them honestly have a relationship with Christ. Christ can forgive any sin except blasphemy against the holy spirit. I'm afraid that many of them tip toe on the line of this when refusing to repent and hold onto what his word so clearly condemns. If they do so out of ignorance, that is one thing. But if they know the Word and stubbornly refuse to repent... I don't know how God's going to handle that. I'm sure there are some sins I hold onto in ignorance. I would like to think there are none that I stubbornly hold onto out of defiance of God's Word, which is why I read the Bible frequently to learn his Will in case I have hardened my heart in some way.

I wish I had that kind of patience, but I am a grumpy old bastard and old school, people waving their hands under my nose while asserting their demonic "axioms" never ends up well, so I prefer to stay put. I am more Jesus in Temple than Jesus in the Desert, make no mistake some are actually possessed and could use a good shock therapy, for their own good. I know we should not answer with wickedness to wickedness, but I am talking about a good honest rod, and for honest reasons, the merchants in the temple were just Saints compared to what is going on today in and out of churches. In this case I would actually have to stay above their own threshold because I don't want to murder anyone, but I can't think of a worst murder, more cowardly, than the one of an innocent with a full potential for a wholesome life. That's why sometimes at a good caning might chase out some of those evil cowardly spirits, without murdering anyone, while they happily do.

When I was 16 in the early '70s right after Roe v Wade was passed, I became pregnant. My boyfriend deserted me, I went to an adoption agency and I was working with a counselor. They helped me tell my parents, my dad blew his stack, and forced me into the abortion clinic. Made the boyfriend pay him cash to cover it. He made sure that I had no counseling, the adoption agency I was working with said they couldn't help me anymore because I was underage. I had absolutely nobody! I was then further abused verbally and mentally by my dad and the boyfriend! The only person that even bothered to call and ask how I was doing was my boyfriend's mom. She was really upset about all of it. It was extremely difficult! I never wanted to do it. I should have run away. Fast forward to my later life, I had a daughter and I tried to teach her never to do that to always come to me. Unfortunately she ended up at a very liberal and radical college and she ended up having an abortion. Now she is just like these women in the video! Satan has been at the forefront of all of this with deceiving. I have never gotten an apology from my dad. My mom never stood up to him, and she died with massive guilt. She was able to apologize to me before she passed away. I always wonder what would have been the outcome if I had put the baby up for adoption? I believe these girls are suppressing they're guilt and they are trying to rationalize because they're not going to be able to cope with this irreversible decision. It is just so evil! My dad continues to go about his life without a care in the world. He is very elderly now. He has always been that way. And, he has two other children by other women. One of them while he was married to my mom. Has no relationship with either one of them.

He lost her when he didn’t show enough empathy to the brunette who murdered her baby at 16. The young lady he was dialoging with told Russell an incredibly personal and horrific situation and he almost didn’t bat an eye, and then another young lady came and told a similar story, to which Russel also didn’t bat an eye. THAT is where the “switch” happened. She felt solidarity with the abuse and Russel missed a good opportunity to share the real gospel, not the one peddled improperly by her pedophile father and co-dependent mother who never stopped it and didn’t prosecute. It’s not an evil spirit. It’s shame, abuse, and sin. Hopefully what he said does reach her heart though because she is in a lot of pain.

@@sebastiansirvas1530 You ARE aware that neurological or developmentally oriented arguments were literally used for slavery right? Hence the whole "They aren't really human like we are because their brains are smaller than ours. It's only science." Which, by the way, is a verifiable fact. The brain sizes of Africans, on average, are indeed smaller than the Caucasoid brain on average. The average IQ is also lower at about 83-85 (At least in the case of American blacks). Doesn't change the fact they are human and deserve human rights. Do you really want to go down that route AGAIN? The only qualification for the protection of human rights, aka personhood, is that the person in question is human. There are literally no other qualifications necessary for the protection of human rights. All you're doing is kicking the proverbial can of worms somewhere else. Neurological and developmentally oriented arguments SHOULD be ignored for the case of personhood. Because they're completely irrelevant. Even dead people have rights.

@@wannabKsi A life of suffering is more suitable in your mind than a painless abortion executed before said suffering? This is exactly my point, I would rather all children had a stable and loving home life free from oppressive structures belonging to a caring community. However, reality tells us that this is not the case for many. Those that make the most noise about being anti abortion are more likely to also believe in such things as small government, low taxes and that the poor and mentally challenged should simply pull their socks up and get on with it. So, no shits given for the actual suffering of a child, just social, political and religious moral posturing. This is why I mentioned God and the soul, the majority of arguments put forward come from a disingenuous and cherry picking religious perspective. It is twisted to simply expect a reality of thousands of years to change and to expect that someone forced to have an unwanted child will be a good parent (utopian), when in reality the child will be brought up by the State wherein the outcomes are terrible (likely). So, it is not ok to kill a child under any circumstance, however, it is ok for a woman to abort a fetus if she does not want to have a child. Not murder, family planning.

This breaks my heart. This man is a father and a husband, he doesn't go around "sticking it in everything" like she said towards the end after they had stood there and had a great, civil conversation. I have watched so many of these videos. He goes out, stands for hours and takes insult and abuse for something he believes in so strongly. He never raises his voice, he never insults, he is endlessly patient. People scream at him, call him every name in the book and accuse him of everything they can think of. It's hard for me to understand how society has devolved to the point that he's the "bad guy", and this behavior is acceptable toward him. I am against abortion but will admit that some stances he has make me uncomfortable.....even when I completely understand and agree with his logic (such as with child victims of rape). I am not a believer in God. However, this man does nothing to deserve the treatmemt he gets. He is a good and kind man, anyone can see that. I think this one got to me more than those who just walk up screamimg because they were respectful with each other for so long, and then suddenly she decided to revert to the default "angry liberal college student" after another person butted into thier conversation.

The willingness to push responsibility off of themself is staggering. I didn't hear that the woman in the brown coat was raped. She made a choice at 16 years old to have sex. The decision to have sex can carry consequences just like drinking and driving. When you drink, you can get drunk, when you drive, you can get into an accident. In her case, those consequences came due. Now she wants to rationalize that decision. That decision began when she decided to have sex just like the drinker. He is 100% correct, that decision still effects her to this day.

@@jamesseeker1538A woman can decide not to raise a baby thus taken the fathers ability to raise it by killing it, however, when a male isn’t ready to father, he doesn’t get a choice, he is considered a dead beat. Also he has his wages garnished for child support through the state. Men don’t get a choice in todays society without being ridiculed. Mother kills baby, she is empowered. A man wants to raise its baby and he is a misogynist because he is forcing a woman. A woman wants to keep her baby, she is empowered. A man doesn’t want to father the child then he is a deadbeat and has mandatory child support. And don’t get me started on many mothers forcing father abandonment while collecting child support, and the state does little to help the father. I totally agree that everyone needs to pull up their big boy and big girl pants and take on their responsibilities. However you are missing the point of the comment. Why would this person direct this comment towards women, because it’s women who are the ones who claim rape and sexual assault having sex intoxicated and regretting it later thus the absolute perfect example of a woman climbing into a car drunk and killing a person while regrettable is still responsible for her actions. I don’t understand why you would then come to the defense of this argument by using men as if they have any choice of being a father or not, paying child support or not, and being looked at as a deadbeat might he decide he isn’t ready but the mother is. How is coming after men a valid argument especially when he doesn’t get a choice to even deny or accept responsibility. what happens when a man wants to be a father and a woman doesn’t, she can choose to kill both their baby and be empowered. I can go over the same talking points but I’d just be repeating. People shouldnt be having sex period without marriage, as I get older I realize why god set rules and expectations because without them sin and suffering occurs. If pre martial sex wasn’t a thing, abortion wouldn’t be a thing. Anyways why is it that in todays society children are given less and less responsibility? I was born in 1990 and back then we played outside, played with knives, went off in the woods, hiking, climbing trees. Myself being a parent freaks when I don’t see my children in my line of sight and because of this I take away them learning responsibility because I’m just sure something is going to go wrong. Over protective parenting, it’s like we don’t trust children, teens, and even young adults to make the appropriate choices so we don’t even put the responsibility on them. For example instead of given young women the knowledge of their fertility cycle which is totally trackable(I used this to not get pregnant and to get pregnant for years), or perhaps how waiting to have sex isn’t the worse thing. We take the responsibility away from women and men to do the right thing by leaving the option for an abortion on the table. Now days it’s like parents see abortion as the only way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy and that’s bad. Less and less accountability because responsibility just doesn’t exist because people have so low expectations for society. Scary!

Having discovered your channel and video's its led me to change my stance on this issue. Ive been pro life for a very long time but always felt the movement was in error in so many ways. The abolitionist idea is so perfect. Ive adopted this idea for myself as well. Thank you for all you do to try and save children.

If one doesnt want a child the shouldn't have sex or should at least be responsible enough to use protection .

It's not about not having babies. Abortion is all about having sex with multiple Men and not having any consequences to it.

You have a very good way of making your case. Something like 75% of all the arguments pro choice people use could also apply against a born child who is not yet of an age to be independent, and you do a good job of pointing this out every time. The only argument a Christian could not argue against is the one that throws morality out the window, something like "an embryo has no value, and so can be destroyed without moral consequence just like one can destroy an object." Even the pro choice people know this is not true, and so they rarely make this argument. Instead they always try to weigh consequences, but there is no consideration likely to be proferred that outweighs the life of a child.

I think a lot of the arguments can cover more than the intended time frame for sure, but I think when it comes to policies, we have to look at the impact, and determine the consequences. Feel free to feel and think whatever way you want, but outside of personal relationships, we should be looking more at overall effects and outcomes. I've certainly come to think there needs to be more info shared with people on the side effects of birth control (and each option) as well as the effect of getting pregnant (and what that does to your body), but outside that, people should maintain their freedom to choose (especially considering everything that happens between discovering your pregnant and thinking or doing something about it).

@@BornOnThursdaywomen's bodies are built to have babies. Being pregnant can actually have many health benefits. It's only been in the last few years that pregnancy has been demonised in the way it has. Ironically, in the same time frame, abortion has been pushed as almost consequence free and the dangers of it have been played right down.

@@rollmops3113 As I've said, I'm for more information being provided about both pregnancy as well as abortion. People should know what they're getting, regardless of the current culture.

I loved the jab at the WNBA "small viewership" I was rolling! Even still, the first conversation was so civil. While I don't agree with her on any of her views (I used to agree with her on ALL her views) I really have to respect her demeanor and gentleness in the conversation. She was so kind and gentle. I also have a question about the term malice. Whenever this is brought up in these videos I always pause, even though I do NOT agree with abortion, and I'm 100% on the abolitionists' side, I don't know if I understand the malice thought. I think the decision is 100% selfish, but if you are walking around uneducated about WHAT the baby actually is...under the lie of clump of cells, is it malice or just forethought and selfishness? Is there a difference between malice and selfishness?? I think there is, but I'm not sure when I hear these arguments. Love allllll your stuff!!

So interesting that every single video I watch where abortion is debated the rape scenario is brought up. As a former abortion worker over 1 year none of the women I cared for had been raped. I had 3 clients who were back for a second, third and 14th abortion. Working in that clinic showed me the truth. A successful abortion results in the death of a unique human being. As a post abortive woman it left scars that I carried for decades. Abortion commits violence on babies and women, leaves scars on the family.

It’s interesting to see that they can have a civil conversation and as soon as one other person comes up with a bad attitude, they start to mirror that bad attitude when originally their attitude was fine. It’s sad to watch.
