Oh, too good to be true!! I'm now making an NCW. I have an older wallet which is very similar to your altered demo. (Great wallet). Only last night, I was working on how I could duplicate my old wallet, using the NCW pattern. And. presto, here is your demo, but with even more slots! Right on time. Thanks for showing me the way!! I love your patience and your detailed lesson and illustration. And thanks so much for sharing your alteration skills with us. It is so very useful. Your very talented.

I make NCW's and many people would love to have it big enough for a phone to fit and add a crossbody strap. Would this extra half inch be enough? We shall see! 🤗

I recently bought a card thing very similar like you showed. the one I purchased has card slots on one side, a slit and a driver's license slot on the other side, but also had a zipper in the middle. I'd love to figure that one out to make something to match my cork purse that I just made. I'd be happy to send a photo......... I find I use it all the time and often don't even use my NCW, but would be great to be able to store it in the expanded version you're doing of the NCW. My card wallet wasn't expensive, but I'd like to make a matching one.......

Do you have to also add 1/2 to the wings to make it match up to the 1/2 of the body

The XXL is just an enlargement of the original pattern. If you look in the "Files" section of my group, all the instructions are there.

There is a full series on this pattern. It’s the NCW XXL... It’s the enlarged version of the pattern but all the same techniques and steps apply... If you put the RFID fabric in the body and even in the flap, that should protect the contents.

Would you please show how to resize a handbag pattern. I made the free Kennedy Messenger bag. you can type Kennedy Messenger bag and the video will come up with free pattern .and it is nice but came out real big. I want to cut the pattern smaller like from 14 long to 12 and not so tall. I want to carry my Bible and small note book in it. I asked the lady but maybe she does not have the time.

The most challenging part to me is the zipper(s) installation. So thick on the ends...
