- Bake: Place the marinated fish on a parchment-lined baking tray, seal tightly, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- Sauce and Finish: Uncover, pour the tahini sauce over the fish, and bake for another 5-10 minutes until slightly browned around the edges.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with boiled potatoes, salad, and bread.
