Love it! I am in Indonesia Zone 13 so I can get 3 new flushes of growth per year. We do have a rainy season but never cold at all. Always like your videos and instructions. Keep it up💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Thanks jelle. Really interesting species. I purchased some young newly grafted Corticosa variety earlier in the year. They're a long term plan! Thanks again 👍

Another excellent video Jelle. Some repetitive activity 'like candle reduction' can be quite useful if seen half a dozen times. It feels like a big risk to new enthusiasts so 'we' like seeing it done more than once or twice to be sure we understand :)

@@GrowingBonsai only on unique aspects. Not the general stuff. Candle management is one that can be very helpful to see again. Close up and actually seeing the lengths of stubs and thickness etc. I would show 3 or 4.

How can you call yourself lazy when you are uploading so consistently? Great video as always and a very nice pine even with the minor error of thickness because of the graft! I have no cork bark pine would love to add one to my collection :) Thanks for the great Info! Greetings from Switzerland

hello, is your cork bark JBP grafted on a JBP ? Is your cork bark JBP as strong and vigorous as a JBP ? Can we apply the same techniques on a cork bark JBP as with JBP (decandling, needle removing) with the same results ? thanks !

My daughter said your tree looks so puffy like it's made of burnt marshmallows from a campfire! She's 10. I explained what cork bark is. Now she wants me to get one so she can touch it. I think it might qualify as a good excuse for my husband to let me buy one...

correct. I only remove the old needles once the new ones have extended a bit.
