Affiant at all times claims all, and waives none of his/her God-given inherent rights to life, liberty, property, and protection, secured and guaranteed rights pursuant to the 1776 Declaration of Independence and the 1789 Constitution for the United States of America, as identified in the Preamble and ratified in 1791, with the Articles and the amendments. In regard to filing an affidavit of status, I'm in agreement with the intent being put forward here, however i want some clarity on this. The constitution guarantees the rights of all citizens, but in looking at Blacks Legal definitions a citizen is defined as a fiction. How can i file an affidavit of status using the constitution as grounds to do so when it refers to me as a citizen with guaranteed rights and citizens are by definition fictions. Seems like a quandry to me to declare my status as a non fictional being but supporting my claim with a document referencing me as a citizen(fiction). Can you explain this apparent dilemma?

True but on paper legally you are in fact property of someone else, so if your going to deal in commerce and for no other reason than claiming back your soul for you but also just to make things easier on yourself so you don't have to spend time and money consistently in and out of court. James, typing your name as Upper/lower case, would be the same thing. Just make sure you never type your name in ALL UPPER CASE, or answer to THAT NAME, that is their fiction.
