Declutter with me! ~ cosy vlog decluttering and organising neglected spaces in my apartment ๋࣭ ⭑🗑๋࣭

I’m decluttering my apartment in 30 days by playing “The Minimalist Game” ~ which is a 30 day declutter challenge that has you ditching 1 item on day 1, 2 items on day 2 up until 30 items on day 30.
If you’re decluttering, or cooking, or just curled up cosy and you like watching messy spaces getting organised. Then please enjoy watching me decluttering some of the biggest problem areas in my apartment! There are neat cupboards but what’s the fun in filming that.
And I haven’t even touched my laundry room yet which has become the dumping ground of all dumping grounds. So, if this is therapeutic for you, let me know and I’ll be sure to film the rest for posting here as a part 2. (I will also try to get better at filming this kind of thing, it’s my first time!)
This video is a little adventure away from what I normally film and talk about so it’s scary but fun and freeing to do so. Please let me know if you’re doing any similar personal challenges for yourself, we can cheer each other on. I broke my tripod (•᷄- •᷅ ;) ~ I’ll try to get a new one ASAP so I can keep documenting
alsooo... this project has also made me realise there’s spaces in my apartment I’d like to makeover. Mainly my desk and some spots inside my wardrobe. I’ll be sure to share those when I decide what I’m doing with them x

Both my dad and my father in law passed away in 2022, and my life got so cluttered and disorganized- I’ve since been able to finally start going through things after moving a couple of times but it’s a big process! Thank you for the inspiration 💕

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment this. I am so sorry for the loss of your dad and father in law. That must be so much to carry. Disorganisation is the first thing that happens to me too when I'm grieving. You're doing so well to start feeling like you can move some items. Take it slow and at a pace that works for you ~ and know that I'm rooting for you! x 💖

I got so inspired that I decluttered the basement storage. It went from a "small little cupboard" to a "walk in wardrobe". It really helped! Thanks so much! 😀

Well I’m looking forward to to part 2! There was so much stuff that I kept that I didn’t really need, but kept «just in case». Would probably still be down there if not for part 1.

This was great! I always hesitate before getting into cupboards and drawers (where the serious clutter lives). I'm glad you did it over an extended time as well. I'm on day 6 and will be treating myself to a nice lunch break tomorrow, and may even try to re-pot some plants. Thanks for the inspiration! ❤

Thanks! I love painting my nails so I change the colour a lot and end up trying a lot of different ones! Grey is one of my staple faves

😂😂 yeah what if it breaks and needs that exact length and colour of screw THEN WHAT. I still have them all and am debating how to organize/tackle the screw bag 😅 Discovering the SimmmssssUH was nearly detrimental to my entire declutter hahaaa. I am so strong for withholding it's power

i loveeeeee these types of videos so I'm so happy to see that yours is a whole 45 minutes long!!! I get pretty bad buyer's remorse so I don't have any clutter to sort through myself unfortunately. KZbin is always there for me though! PS: My cursory search is telling me that a magic eraser + vinegar is the best way to remove chalkboard marker. Hope this works!

Ahaha you're just like me then when I see a long tidying video 😂❤️ I love them in the background while I work. I suffer buyers remorse too, but as we can see... It can be a good thing to keep ourselves in check! I envy your clutter free space! But I will slowly be getting there too. Thanks so much for the vinegar and magic eraser tip! I'll try that!! 🤩

I didn’t expect to be so inspired to do decluttering! This was an great video and definitely made me hooked! Got a lot of stuff that need decluttering! Btw, since you are thinking about an «office makeover», I can reccomend IKEA’s «Skådis» system. It’s a pegboard for your home. I even use one as a «nightstand».

I’m in the state where I need to do some of this myself. The problem is trying to decide where to start with it. Managed to declutter my desk after getting a small shelf organiser for it (so at least that worked) The rest of the time I just look around thinking “what to do next” and 10 minutes later I’m either on my Xbox or watching a film. Though having a film on in the background works at times (once assembled an ikea bookcase with Monsters Inc on)

I hope you didn’t just throw those stamps away, as the Post Office will replace them at face value for the new ones. There’s an online form to complete and submit with the stamps. (It’s Freepost to send)
