Decluttering My ENTIRE Capsule Wardrobe 2023 (Minimalist Closet Clear Out)

I've been tracking my seasonal capsule wardrobes for the last 9 months, and that inspired me to declutter my minimal closet and also put some of my "maybe" clothes in a "time will tell" box. So I hope the video inspires you to go through your closet too 😘

I think it is a very good idea to put the things away and not declutter too quickly. I’ve done the same thing putting things away and then not getting rid of them and wearing them a ton.

I like that you say your thought process as you go though each item because it helps guide me through my own decluttering/ end of season analysis and its not overly critical like most videos online. I also like the outfit cutaways, I got some new inspiration on how to wear rather than my typical go to. Great video, thank you!

It's so refreshing how excited you get about your pieces. That is how it should be. Having many favourites that make us feel like a goddess or 10/10 and repeating them proudly. You have a very unique style and go with it. You are an inspiration. ❤ Also I think you have a really good gut feeling. Everything you said you want to (maybe) declutter were pieces I didn't like quite as much on you as all your 100% "you" pieces.

My very best ever declutter was when I finally admitted to myself that after finishing working my whole lifestyle has changed. I sat down and wrote out what I actually do now I also wrote out what I don’t do anymore That really clarified my understanding of what should actually be in my wardrobe. It also helps me when shopping I now buy for my lifestyle and not for FANTASY me 😂😂 HOWEVER I haven’t thrown my investment pieces or sold them instead I’ve stored them as potential vintage pieces for my grandkids and nieces because I’d get nowhere near their value and we all know styles come and go and one day I’m hoping they’ll the same joy they brought me to someone else.

I've been working on my wardrobe - I've tried a seasonal capsule a little while ago, and I liked the idea of it, but I needed to analyse my style better. I found your channel, and will be working on that next! My style is very different from yours, but I hope I will end up with a nice cohesive wardrobe like you! Some of the things you put in the wait and see I thought were really nice on you, but I get that how it makes you feel is more important. That being said: that coral blazer is amazing and it really fits the rest of your collection! I'd consider keeping it for special occasions or for when you want to stand out.

Thank you for another inspirational video. I have a large time will tell bin that I will check in with next spring. The new style jeans and pants are much wider in the leg. I notice most of yours still really hug your body. Are you gonna transition to the more modern cuts?

Hey, this was an amazing video! I love that you show every item and how you style it, too!😊 I was shocked to see there were only about 90 items, it seemed a lot more! I have about 30 pieces more, although it seems less because my wardrobe is a work in progress and a lot of things don't match or pair well. Anyway I couldn't figure out what it is that I have more of. And then it clicked - pajamas, sweatshirts, sweats, tights, bathrobe, things like that that I wear around the house mostly. So, a question: Do you count those as a part of your wardrobe or maybe you don't wear them?

As for pyjamas, I decluttered everything a long time ago, I personally love sleeping without anything, haha, TMI 🙈

Really good decisions 🙂 Perhaps you may want to reconsider: - the alterations. The sort of changes you're wanting may cause the cut to look wrong - tops should feel 100% comfortable. Not sure they're worth holding on to otherwise - don't think you'll keep the denim skirt. Agree it doesn't seem to be your style - keep the coral blazer, it's far too elegant and striking on a whole black outfit (which you wear often).

Thank you 😊I know what you mean, changing things is always risky, but for me, if I wouldn't transform them, I know I would replace them with something else sooner or later, so it's worth the risk 😉 Hopefully, it all works out since I already took them to the seamstress 🙈 And thanks for all the other points too 😘❤
