Thoughts are not your enemy! I think with this meditation this evening I am beginning to have a greater understanding and acceptance of this notion. If this turns out to be true and I keep improving with this notion I think I will be very pleased and satisfied. My very sincere gratitude to you and my friends at DTM.

Liking these are the narrator talks slowly and quietly, plus leaves gaps in between, perfect. At last these type of meditations are being done correctly, it makes all the difference, when you need calming down. Thank you.

If anyone wants to learn how to deal with stressful feelings, try this meditation. It worked for me. Today, I found myself bored, not knowing what to do, but lost in my own thoughts which was stressful. You don't have to run away from your distracted thinking to feel relief by "keeping busy" but take the time to meditate for your own benefit and find the relaxation and peace and calm that feels so good.

This meditation was used not long after awakening and I was made aware that the discomfort I was feeling was related for to feeling cold, even during my sleep in my own bed; the meditation was useful to relieve feelings of this morning's stress! i always have issues when overwhelmed, when i need to be outside in town on buses etc, im currently trying to stay level in a busy cafe,and i need to go on holiday next week.its been very emotionally draining,from booking flights,hotels transport,etc,all whilst having major depressive disorder and high anxiety...if i can just get myself to the airport and on the plane the excitement might carry me through

I always find preparation stressful. Even dressing to go to the grocery store stresses me out. Once I'm done preparing I'm fine. Enjoy your vacation.

You are doing the right thing for yourself by practicing the meditations offered by DTM, but I hope that you are using a medication suitable for you that is safe and properly prescribed help when you need help to make your life more easier on yourself!
