RARE all the way!! I grew up eating all meats cooked rare to medium rare. My father, who, BTW, was from Kingston, was a cook, and my mother didn't like any meat cooked well or medium well. A lot of places today won't serve you rare cooked meat, so we mostly cook at home. I just found you, and I love your videos!❤

Delicious. Please understand that this is not blood that comes from rare meat. It's a protein called Myoglobin. I am hoping this is corrected for future references as some viewers may be turned off by it. I am hoping to make this this holiday. Was this homemade gravy?

Genesis 9:4 ‐ But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat. The Bible says not to eat blood.
@Thorn_N_Yor_Side3 жыл бұрын
And yet the verse right before states: Genesis 9:3- Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.” King James Version (KJV) It’s talking about eating without first killing.
@yahkar2 жыл бұрын
Only you shall not eat the blood thereof; you shall pour it upon the ground as water. - Deuteronomy 15:23 That says *pour* the blood out proving that it's not figurative but literal. No animal is living while its blood is still being poured out. They faint after a minute or so. Then the priest continues to drain the blood until there is none left. In today's markets they leave blood in or add blood. So, your wrong and the Bible is right.

If you want to really scream for it, do just like Deddy and through a cup of white wine in that bowl and marinate overnight in fridge. The wine will help get some of that seasoning deeper into the meat so it will be more tasty. If you don't have white wine, use l bottle of light beer. Ohh my goodness!
