I’m sharing deep and monotonous Sudarshan Kriya (raw audio without guiding).
This breathwork technique is used for relaxation.
Lie down in a comfortable, symmetrical position and close your eyes. If you’re planning to meditate afterwards, then you can do the practice seated.
✨We will be using mantra “So Ham”, where “so” is inhalation and “ham” - exhalation.
You’re breathing with nose, in case of any difficulties, you can slightly open your lips and help with your mouth.
You don’t have to fully inhale or exhale. Breathe with pleasure - deep, soft and freely. Relax your body and muscles on your face. If you want to yawn while breathing, you can do it 🌟
This breathing exercise can decrease stress, relax your mind, body and can help you fall asleep easier.
🌬Your breath is a powerful tool to control your emotions and make you feel less anxious. Some simple breathing exercises can make a big difference if you make them part of your regular routine.
