Colton appreciate all I have learned from you in your videos. I was watching this and opening to see how you handle cleaning roofs on tall vehicles. My lightning is a pain to clean the roof, and I'm 6'2''. I have found my options are to either climb in the bed, climb on the step rails, or get the step ladder to clean the roof. What's your preferred method? Or do you use a telescoping wash mit?

I have a 15,000 R1S and have some terrible hazing/ straight up scratches on my front light bar, and one spot on my rear driver side door with a ton of debris under the paint. Also a couple nibs here and there but only noticeable if you're really going over it in detail.

Coleton is the piano black trim on outside of Rivian same as on ID 4? (I have have the 2023 gray same as yours ) and I just tried using Mequires compond/polish but not really doing much to get scratchs out.(by hand) I run uber/lyft and (dont shoot ;)I need to use Car wash often..and yes once a week the softtouch, did you just shreek? lol . Suprisingly Body paint holding up very well but yeah that d Piano black .. specific compound or polishing pads you recommend? TIA !

Stellar detailing job! I'm not in the US but just out of curiosity, what does a detail job of this level + paint protection cost (with this car as an example, understand it will vary a lot depending on car, paint/trim etc)? On a side note, that interior, damn its nice! Thank god Rivian isn't selling in my country yet, otherwise I would have to get one for that interior alone 😂

I was always scared away from silver seeing the old GM silver and how poorly they aged and faded. I'd love to have a car this color silver with this quality. I'm moving on from black and ready for a change.
