The car hasn't been driven for 3 years which means it will have a host of mechanical things to be repaired or serviced. Pil change coolant change battery needs to be replaced bad gas in the tank. Possible corrosion in the fuel lines (ethanol in the fuel attracts water) brake fluid probably needs to be flushed. Brake rotors are probably severely pitted and need replacing... who knows what them suspension bushings look like... there could have been rodents living inside the engine bay and chewed wires... the longer a car sits the worse it is.

I don't know man, I'd go extra steps in cleaning a car that's been sitting for years and that has that much mold. You cleaned it nicely on the outside but I'd go extra step and remove weather strips and other rubber to clean the area underneath that. Next, after done cleaning, I'd focus on the interior, get an ozone generator, a steam cleaner, and an extractor and do a pass on the entire interior, especially the seats and carpet. After that clay bar the entire car, polish it and protect it with silicone and UV protectant. After all that I'd add put some nice smelling car perfume to compliment the overall look of the car. That's just how I would do the job.

Leaving interior almost untouched will just introduce more mold and crap down the road. Also, skipping UV and silicone protection won't do any good long term.
