There’s a difference between someone who can use a model and someone who understands what’s going on. Vast difference

We need experts... to apply deep learning in different domains. How to apply it to be useful in life.

How far along do you have to be at coding / math to start taking his classes?

Wait, so if I wanted to train an AI to sort through the screenshots I have of my endgame stats of every competitive fps I play, could I then make it so it puts that data into a table I can search or analyze to track my personal progress? I'm sure there are websites to do this but since Jeremy is suggesting that we take AI into our own fields of passion I'm just trying to logically understand how I can apply it that isn't just whimsical ideas with no basis in reality. I've been interested in machine learning especially with the python I've been learning, my problem is just finding an actual project I can stay passionate about.
@jamesgillis81225 жыл бұрын
I think you would want to also incluse your setup ie which guns and perks you used, what team members you ran with, so the ai can give you insights into what works best. Ai is not needed for simply tracking progress.
@sagresnaw5 жыл бұрын
@@jamesgillis8122 I figured that about the tracking progress but the specific game is CS:GO and the end card gives me all the relevant info I'm looking for in the form of a table so my idea is to train the AI to read the table in the screenshot and enter it into a searchable database that I can then analyse personally. That way I don't have to try and build a stat tracking program that monitors my active data in the game which might be considered cheating even if I'm not using it during gameplay.

If you want yo get a certification you have to attend the course in person. But nowadays, there is no need, just show your work in Gitlab and u will get job offers.

Jeremy Howard, why not make machines that 'think' in words like people do? it could be done similarly to FB's chatbot experiement. to me to me to me. Just embed an AI inside an AI chatbot like a Replika inside an AI. and have them 'talk' to each other, just limit their talking to 70,000 utterances per day and have 1 utterances count as a thought put in a counter variable that increases with utterance. the average person has 70,000 thoughts per day. Of course which person do you want to make machines think like? Norman Bates? or Salvador Dali? or my wife? Just kidding. Either way, you don't want an AI Hitler. Becareful what data you train your AIs with. My first program was was a 'Hello world' program in Basic in high school, either that or a 'go to ' in Fortran in the 1990's. i used to slap frankenstein computers with DOS 3.0, and scuzzy hard drives daisy chained with my dad in the 1980's when i was a kid. .
