Hey everyone! I usually answer the first 100 questions or so after a video upload, but I'm having dinner with my fiancée right now. Leave them below and I'll answer them tonight if that's okay! For more on this type of content, definitely check out the @kneesovertoesguy. Linked in the description! Phone isn't letting me tag him in a comment for some reason.

Any good back exercise that aren't hyperextensions? Also how to reduce lower back pain with good stretching? I like your aproach to fitness and the way you show easy increments to build up to what is usually thought as the basic exercise and show that their is easier level to start with if it's still something we struggle to do right away such as pull ups.

This made me cry. Nearly every workout video I can find involves lunges and you're supposed to follow along but I never could; I wobble, I do it wrong, my knee always gives me a sharp pain if I try to power through. Thank you for these tips. As a fat person trying to loose weight the biggest challenge is to learn to modify exercises. Thank you for this short and all your other shorts that show me not only how to use my weight to lose weight but how to do things like knee exercises. Thank you so, so, so very much.

I used to think that you gotta just jump into a fitness routine and just "take the pain" and "work out no matter what". It's a message conveyed through shows like The Biggest Loser. I never actually thought I had to build and take it easy with my fitness because my body literally can't handle more than what it can do. Yeah, you gotta push yourself but I always thought that people somehow magically just learn to adapt to the strenuous activity. This is why I never understood "my fitness journey". To me, I always thought of it as like "look at how much weight I've lost" but to see people being proud of their fitness levels like mobility and flexibility...it's not often seen unless you're like an acrobat or gymnast. This definitely inspired me to work on myself.
