Today my son and I fish several locations and shipwrecks in the hope of catching fish for food. Our stores of eating fish are getting low so it's time to restock the freezer. I share the techniques, methods and tackle I use also explaining what is happening as I do it. Every day at sea is a good day, but it's better when it ends with some delicious fish to eat.

The footage of James watching the dolphins jumping along beside yous with the sun over head and reflecting off the water as yous speed along is pure gold. If you ever make yourselves a video of some of your favourite moments that clip has got to be on there. It looked like the dolphins heard the boat and thought “Boat! Fun! Let’s go catch it” as they made a bee line straight for yous. Amazing footage.
