Thats how cross-examinations are always done. Lawyers are supposed to ask pointed questions and the question isnt answered directly it is a "non-response". If Vic actually answered the question and the opposing lawyer tried to object, the judge would overrule. There is literally not a single cross-examination where it doesnt happen like that so dont be dramatic

When did Vic do either of these? I mean, sure, some of his answers could be interpreted as being not relating in some way, but thats mostly the deposers fault. When youre asked questions that have no basis in fact but the deposer wants it to seem like there is, how are you supposed to be able to answer them "correctly" without lying? The fact that Lemoine is saying "objection, non-responsive" after nearly every answer Vic gives should throw up red flags for anybody. Nothing "dramatic" about it at all.
