Pictured Within was a revelation for me. First, the track, live with the orchestra, released on the DVD featuring Deep Purple and the LSO, secondly, when I bought the album that I wasn't aware of before... I knew the 70's solo albums of Jon and the one he did in 1980 but this was very different, really beautiful and more accessible than, let's say Gemeni suite. It showed as well how Jon was a sensitive piano player. I've followed his works since then. The whole album is magnificent and the songs on it are just excellent... Pictured witrhin with Miller Anderson and this one with Sam Browne who I knew from the Pink Floyd shows... R.I.P Jon.
