Hello Nozi thank you so much ,we learn a lot from your channel and we also laugh a lot ,okay so i was at a public hospital we were sitting on the benches waiting to go for consultation ,so this other nurse comes out of the room a bit far from where we where seated and she shouts calling this other lady...this is what she said "sisi! wama Arvs woza uzongena ngapha " and everyone immediately turned their eyes to the lady ,she was so embarrassed u could tell by the way she looked, i was so angry at that nurse what she did was so unprofessional ,so that's one of the reasons why some people stop going to clinics,hospitals etc ....

I'm not a pill person shame I struggle a lot was diagnosed 2004 but started treatment in 2014 I guess that was when my cd4 count was less than 300 but till this day I still struggle with taking my pill and yes I've defaulted 🥺🥺

Remember there are currently 3 treatment regimens. You can not make defaulting treatment a habit because with resistance, that means more pills for you & more exposure to side effects. By the time you get to the last regimen, kubi. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TREATMENT THE WAY IT IS PRESCRIBED. THINK ABOUT THE BIG PICTURE, YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE.

If you have missed. 3-4 days, just take your Rx and be compliant. You can't have days missed multiple times, that creates resistance.
