In the vanilla guild I was in, this older lady would spend all her DMF time farming cards, being on at obscene times even for 14 yo me. She would then hand out entire decks worth of cards inc the Aces and bring people to the turn in spot for their deck. I had no idea she spent so much time on them! I just said thanks and moved on with my day, maybe used the regen one for a raid. Thank you kindly guildie, you're awesome.

Melderon you surpassed yourself this time! I thought this was going to be a 15-18min video at the very most and you did it more then its justice. I want to add to this awesome and detailed guide that it won't matter if you are low or high level, casual or hardcore. There's something and reasons to do the DMF for ALL atleast once. If it's not for the decent necklaces or rings there is always the sweet buffs to get. +10% damage is something most (HC) raiders would want during the event, mostly for PvE, goes away upon death. *EDIT:* To get a 14 slot bag as early as level 8 is just amazing to get. Even tho you might be decked with bags as DMF event comes, your bank alt will happy to get one if so.

The warlords (healing) deck is amazing for rogues who like to dungeon solo. Combined with dual crusader (or life stealing if crusader is beyond your means) it provides a constant stream of significant healing that can expand your _effective_ health pool from say, 3.5-4.0k up to 8,9,10k when you count heals over the duration of the fight, which allows you to down things that might seem impossible at first sight. Speaking from experience, not theorycrafting. That combo netted me many lifesteal enchants, flask of supreme power recipes and so many other goodies, some of which I am sure would not have been possible without the heals. Related point: I see people claiming that crusader attack power buff did not stack, but that is incorrect (perhaps they are basing this on private emulated servers?) . Furthermore it was possible to stack more than twice by switching weapon after proc, to another crusader enchanted weapon, although this was not practical. Certainly the attack power bonus from strength as it applies to rogues is only 1, but a fairly constant +200AP was, and will be, nothing to sneeze at. So, hopefully it stacks in classic.

I really love the Darkmoon Faire might be one of my favourite events! I wish there was a tailoring quest to do though. I will definitely be getting that Ale Frog lol I hope in Classic on whatever server I'm on we have events at the Faire having a good time it brings everyone together at one spot to enjoy themselves! :)

I think I remember some other kind of restriction to the crafted turn-in's, at least in the earlier stages of the Faire. I recall temporarily changing a professions to get the Orb necklace for casters.

The bag is great for every toon, but as far as the greater prize, it's only worth if your looking for greens lvl 46-50. Same with the other bags. I'd say worth if your looking for greens in the lvls that they drop.

Did they change it so that repeating the 40 lvl quests during Vanilla gave rep each time? I remember collecting tons of glowing scorpid blood and bat eyes for some reason. I probably still have some on a bank alt.

You can use the Canon to your advantage, just use the Canon to get around the map. If you use it in elwyn forest you can shoot yourself to the location where the hogger quest is given. It saves a long walk.

there was talks of a tues-tues schedule but it was never implemented. they did change the schedule about 4 times since the introduction, and eventually set upon the first sun-sat, which is what is current in retail.

I always thought darkmoon faire is lame. Only epic mounts are worth grinding for. So it's still lame even with the epic trinkets.

Yes and no. The 2 lvl 60 necks are great if you can get them quickly in the start of phase 3, and you know you're not going to get something else for a while. Also, Sayge's buffs are 2hrs, so if it happens to be going on during your raid times, popping over to quickly grab the 10% damage buff could be very helpful (as long as you don't die).

I for example, do not have enough time to raid MC much. No way I get choker of the firelord. This neck for my warlock would be a good alternative that I can grind before hand via engineering and leveling. If you are going to be raiding weekly, doubt that time / money investment would be worth it for you.
