Chad and Lori stopped at nothing to be together without dealing with life's challenges like ex-spouses and prior kids and they did it in an expedited and sloppy manner using Alex as their hit man (who is obviously a few fries short of a happy meal like his sister). Not only did they decide together to go down this path but the fact that they profited on the deaths make it even more disgusting and a financial agreement. Oh my gosh, Priors arguments are straight out of a Chad Daybell novel. RIDICULOUS, so now the attempted shooting was meant for Chad, ordered by evil Lori for the insurance money, that she wouldn't have received because he was still married to Tammy at the time, and more importantly she was still alive... so are they are able to change the fabric of time too. I guess what they want the jury to believe is that in a previous life where Chad and Lori were married, they got a life insurance policy on Chad that she would somehow be able to make claim to... by traveling through a portal with his dead body to another dimension, or time.. really? HUM yah makes sense to me.

Yep, there wasn’t ENOUGH evidence to prove his involvement in Charles and Alex’s deaths. Or Brandon’s attempted shooting. That’s why he wasn’t charged in those cases. That may mean he isn’t legally accountable for them but it does not mean he is innocent either. There is always a chance they find more evidence or that Lori spills her guts and provides details that can be verified. But spelling out that they didn’t have enough to prove a case, therefore he wasn’t charged just emphasises that there WAS enough to prove his involvement in these three.

Mental illness with narcissism fantasy disorder and Chad is definitely Asperger’s brain defect and can’t by law be eligible for death penalty! You will see! Chad will get a medical eval physically and a psyche eval before sentencing and going to prison and surely a psyche doc will notice his huge head and darting loose eyeballs, slow speech, low motor movement, crazy ocd, and many other traits of autism scale Asperger’s syndrome that a few of us easily saw! His kids also have it as we saw too and they got it from Chad as hereditary! Espec Emma was not normal! I have seen all autism and Asperger’s Espec lie like crazy as if it was truth! They are very manipulative brains! We saw Emma lie 20 times effortlessly but hang herself in the many lies because they can’t figure out how to sync truth and lies. Their brain is robot with zero emotion! Zero empathy! I have a male nephew from Asperger’s step brother who is just like Emma! A lying creepy robot! He is evil as I saw him strangle family cat for no reason at age 15 and I couldn’t go back to their house after that! Traumatized! Scared of him threatening to kill his sister too! Mom not paying attention to him! He is alone in basement of the house 24-7 playing video games still at age 23! Certainly no psyche doc will ignore chads Asperger’s just to send him to death row! The Judge likely sees it anyway. That will be appealable and Prior can get his own psyche doc to convince the judge to stop death penalty by what the law doesn’t allow! Chad is also a narcissist (a mental illness in DSM5 psyche disorder manual now) so will also disqualify him if his Asperger’s gets hidden somehow!
