Deforestation, Water Pollution, World Hunger and Global Warming | Meat Eating vs Plant Eating

Animals raised for meat have to reach a particular size and weight in order for them to be profitable for the farmer. Bigger the animal more the meat. So in order to make an animal bigger the animals need to be fed.
Around 36% of all crops grown world wide, crops that can be used to feed humans is instead fed to farm animals, farm animals that we bring into existence every single year on earth.
Think of it this way, we currently have enough food every year to feed over 70 billion artificially bred land animals on earth but then why are we unable to feed just 8 billion humans? It is because the crops that could have been used to feed starving humans is instead used to feed farm animals. Apart from uneven distribution of food, meat eating is one of the major causes of world hunger. By eating meat not only are you displaying apathy to other species but also to your own.
Animal agriculture is responsible for 65% of all human-related emissions of nitrous oxide another greenhouse gas, and this 296 times the global warming potential of carbon dioxide.
Animals like humans also defecate and urinate. What do you think is done with all of that waste produce. Over 70 billion animals a year, ranging anywhere from several grams to several kilograms of faeces based on their species, animal agriculture produces trillions of kilograms animal waste matter. They are dumped into landfills, water bodies and oceans.
They cause ecological disasters by poisoning the water ways there killing off so many of the native species. Forests in the Amazon are being cleared, the native wildlife there is being killed off so that the land can be used to grow soy which is then used to feed to farmed animals. So be aware that animal agriculture is also one of the leading causes of deforestation and species extinction.
A Vegan world can solve all these issues

Well Vegen diet kills more animals if we Stop having meat then all the people shift to having vegan food and due to which all the farmers will use artificial methods to grow food by artificial methods I mean using pesticides and insecticides to match with demand and having meats kills a lot of animals but if we increase the demand of vegan food then it is going to rupture and destroy an ecosystem over a very large area and by which I mean fields in which farmers grow crops that's why vegan food does not solve any problem related to killing of animals...

My people are crying over shortage of food or food scarcity when everyone or most of us turn vegan. They are also right in some manner, we have succeeded in growing our human population to such an extent where there could be possibility of food scarcity. Now, coming to the concerned topic, if you come forward by becoming vegan to battle the problems in much moral sense after then you would also see yourself as an environmentalist. Today we're striving to arrange food for the fraction of our population which could have not been our part or say added to, but as soon you become morally active you get the ability to think upon the matters very logically. In a nutshell, causing one problem and then trying to overcome this by causing another one rather than going at the root cause of the first one is what we call "madness" or "dumbness". Sorry if I have hurt your sentiments in any way, but at the end this is what I feel!!

The whole thing you are doing it pretty good but it won't bring any good actual solution in this actual world, instead of trying to forcefully convert people into vegans by giving them guilt, try to find a concrete solution for this problems like many vegan companies are trying my introducing mock meats or some replacement which would actually change something. I am 100% sure it would never work and there are already alot of vegans who have tried this before, but hardly anyone is successful yet, people hate peta in western countries for the same reason and ofc vegan teacher as well ☠️

There is nothing forceful in what he's doing. He is simply educating people on real facts. It is important to give people information that can help them make a decision. If you or anyone else is feeling guilt because of what he's saying, then instead of asking him to stop ask yourself why these real facts make you feel guilt. From there introspection can happen and that's what brings change. There is no "concrete" solution to convince people if those people are unwilling to have an open mind. Mock meats and other alternative processed foods are neither a solution nor an excuse. It's not just about having plant based alternatives as an option, it's about understanding why it's important to choose them.

Look around the world and see if change is occuring. People need to change first and create the demand for vegan products. The demand creates the supply. Those who are not self focused will change on being eucated. Come over to one of our well known Raghavendra mathas. You'll see well built men, stout ones too, that have never had meat in their entire life. I'm surprised that this explanation is even required in India. The very native culture for a zillion years has been of vegetarian diet of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and whatnot. Meat contains proteins and amino acids that are vital for the growth and function of large brains. There have actually been several studies in the last few decades that show that children who are raised on vegan diets have less developed brains then those raised on high meat diets.

The best of the minds have come from vegetarians including Srinivasa Ramanujan and CV Raman. Nikola Tesla went on to call the animal breeding, killing and consumption habit as "barbarian". Unless there's no vegetation around you and you've got no access to vegetarian food, it makes absolutely no sense to eat animals. Unless you give up rationality to satisfy your cravings. And honestly, our culture here has always been about doing everything you can to be the one in control of your mind. Not a slave to your hormones. Ah, how the tables have turned.
