Ring (2):
Types: compatible with system = Pitfix / PitkarFull - Half - 5/8 .Inner diameter.Numbering of holes: anticlock.Beside 1 put a boltDevide no. into thirdsFixed ring (always proximal fracture / deformity) and mobile (always distal).
Y connector (6):
Has shelf for rotatory stability. fixed on the Fixed & mobile rings, equally spread around the ring circumference. equilateral triangles
STRUT (6):

C plate
When the gap between the Static & Mobile rings at any point is too small or too large to apply the strut, we use the C plate. Or struts with adequate length is not availableال سي لبره.
Locking Pins
All ball joints of Struts & Y Connectors must be secured with the lock pins.

In the Fixed Ring:The ball socket of strut #1 should be snapped on the left ball joint of the Y Connector.While holding strut #1 in place, snap on the socket of Strut #2 into the right ball joint of the the same Y Connector.The same is applied for the rest 4 struts. Counting hole number
Source to Film distance (SFD)
For calculation of X Ray magnification, a 100 mm scale marker provided
A small metallic marker must be placed on film to mark, where the X Ray Beam was centered
