DEFYING INSOMNIA to work on my Mk2 Escort restoration!! 🥱

I have been battling a bit of insomnia lately but I can't let that stop me from making progress on my Mk2 Escort restoration! 💪
In this video I spent some time working on 'Heidi' after having absolutely NO SLEEP the night before! 🙁
I managed to solved an issue from the last video, and crack on with some more bodywork.
In other news, 'Esther' my Mk1 Escort is ready to rock and roll at Santa Pod 2morrow! 😃

I have a similar vacuum cleaner, if you block half of the pipe with your hand the air pressure is a lot higher and becomes even more useful.

Hello m8 what crossmember you got in your mk1 ? I’ve got an anglia with a crossflow in with classic struts n steering box , toying with idea of putting escort front end on as I can’t afford Milton . Also thinking of st ing it , not sure about correct crossmember , great vids m8 be safe.

@@maffyify My Mk1 has a standard Escort crossmember mate. I have no personal experience with Anglias but from what I hear switching to an Escort front suspension and steering setup is defo the way to go. 👍
