Very helpful thanks. I am quite troubled by what appears to be a Degenerative Meniscus Tear.

Dear Doctor I listen to your video and find it very interesting, i have done an arthroscopy on my knee 4 months now for meniscal tear. My concern is i heard you said you can probably go back to work after a week, after four months i can hardly walk i zm afraid to bend my knees as the bones are rubbing. I was told that i have osteoarthritis do you think that is what is causing the pain?
