Locking version of this cable? So it can be attached to the TC-1 and just left on so you don't lose it hahhaha

This cable is a life-saver for anyone who has gone down the rabbit hole of trying to provide plugin power for their small microphones, wiyhout buying an audio recorder or phantom power + vxlr+ converter.

I really hope you can make a USB-C version of C23, ie usb-c to multiport. I use rode wireless pro with my deity tc-1 on Sony cameras, that cable is really useful.

I have TC1 but also a pair of Tentacle Sync E's - will this work with those too? Going into a dji Action 4, in this case. Cheers!

Quick question. I have a Deity V-Mic D4, which has a USB-C port in lieu of 3.5mm. I'm trying to hook it up to my Blackmagic Pocket Camera 4K, which has a 3.5mm TRS port. My mic came with a USB-C to 3.5mm cable, however it is TRRS, and for whatever reason my camera is not sending the wake-up/power-on signal to my mic over that cable. Have you guys tested the C21 with that particular mic/camera combo? Does it work?

The pocket 3 drifts kinda bad, and I have to turn it on and off all the time. Can you use this cable to make the TC-3 act a mic and use audio time code? I wish the pocket 3 could just use a TC-3 strapped to it all the time so I know I was in sync, jam syncing this device is kinda lame because of inconsistent drift.

Did you ever figure that out? I don’t know why you wouldn’t be able to do that. Just change the input/ output of the tc1 to out-a (which outputs audio time code) then plug in the 3.5mm to the deity and usbc to the osmo, and it SHOULD record the audio time code to the osmo. I’d probably turn off the osmo time code function first.

@@Samlol23_drrichI have a really great solution for all this now. I use a usbc splitter cable that splits power from audio.

@@mclanesnow9304 so what do you plug in and where? As a non pro with crummy cameras that don't do time-code to the metadata, this has cost me a ton and is no better than audio syncing which I used to do. I was thinking I could turn cams on and off, start and stop recording and get a good sync quick and easy. So far no good. Can't get Divinci to convert anything. (I use fcpx to edit). Tenticle works but it's $150 after the trial is over, PLUS the sync doesn't seem perfect even though the Deity units were 100% in sync to the frame
