The raspy voice is caused by a cough which affects the trachea. Even if he didn't have Covid, it doesn't mean he didn't have any symptoms and was faking it. My little brother had Covid a while back due to a small fever, which only lasted like 2 days. It's the same with a cough. That could go away in about 2 days and you would still be tested positive. There's not really much evidence that Deji really faked Covid if you ask me. He probably had a bad cough for a few days, got a scare, went for a test and self isolated until his results came through
