Chris's career was created by a tv network. He did everything the network told him to do without question and it usually turned out fine for him. But now hes developed a false sense of trust and is relying on others to carry hes career. He's no longer working with the network so now he's putting that same trust in people like vencint, who unlike the network doesn't have the money and doesn't know what he's doing. That also makes him a huge target for scammers to exploit and take advantage of he's character by becoming that network hes been desperately looking for. I like Chris Hanson but I wish he would grow up and take responsibility and stop relying on others to look things up for him and look thing up for himself. He can't operate on KZbin with the same rules he used to operate on television. There are other KZbin channels like predator poachers, Cassady Campbell, and Erik Kanevsky that do the same thing. This is gonna sound weird, but hear me out. Look at Crestani's face when he says "It starts with knowing who you're working for." And then he goes onto say "Is there a person, I can identify, that is behind this company." It seems to me that he isn't trying to sell some get rich quick scheme, or a scam book. He is there to troll a once well-respected journalist. Look at him. He isn't speaking TO Hansen, he is speaking AT him. He is trolling him, knowing he has tricked Chris Hansen into helping sell a scam. He is saying "Maybe if you looked a little deeper into me, you'd know what's happening."

Chris wanted too much too fast. He could have taken his existing platform and lessons learned from the tragedy that ended his tv series and built a very respectable KZbin career that also raised awareness around important issues. I think he thought he was deserving of PewdiePie or Jeffree Star level fame and income immediately without paying his KZbin dues. The decent sponsorships would have come eventually, but he couldn’t wait.
