You may have explained and sorry if u did, but when u recharge the battery to get the mah put back in, do I use just the charge option or balance option or does it matter?

Always balance charge a LiPo battery. Using any other setting could lead to a fire.

I feel like my scale is close for full throttle per manufacture chart.. but hovering is way under. I think i need to shift it up like 4amps

The scale will never be 100% accurate. The best you can do is get it close through calibration.

Apparently my 1300mah battery consumed 2700 mah and I draw 189 amps on punch outs. am I a Kang yet? But atleast my voltage is accurate lol

The voltage reading is usually pretty close out of the box however it is always necessary to calibrate your amp meter. If you follow my instructions I find it is rather accurate within three batteries.

@@DerekandhisDrone I pretty much just trust the esc architecture. My tune is conservative and I make sure every motor is smooth and cool before and after every flight. 6s 1800kv on very efficient nazgul props. I barely do full on long term punch outs, and eve just 50-60 percent blips are enough to get me through most freestyle tricks. I'm too lazy but you video really did help explain. One day I'll tackle this and feel proud. Oddly enough, although I don't trust the anp reading at all, it seems accurate to experience during low/mid throttle but on ful throttle spikes to 180-210amp INSTANTLY no matter how low in amps I started. I've tested seeing if long holding this would blow the esc but no. Everything stays very cool. 🙏
