Hi. I’m new to you and am enjoying your videos. I noticed I have the same china as you. (Paper). I keep my chopped onions just as you do. I fold a paper towel and put on top add the lid and turn upside down and they stay fresh with no moisture and getting slick. I don’t like chopping them so I do a lot at one time. The meals look so good especially the potatoe soup and the tacos.

I turn my oven on in about 350 and put them in while the oven is heating no preheating. My shells always break so I end up with a big taco salad. I will be making the ham potato soup next week.
