The banana pie is a classic of the Mauritian pastry,
here I added my personal touch
It is also a very nice way to use your ripe bananas.
In Mauritius, we usually find this pie in small formats,
We usually have them at tea time.
ingredients
dough
500g all purpose flour
250g cold soft butter
200ml chilled water
(to be added gradually)

garnish
15 ripe bananas
1 tbsp vanilla essence
150g fresh cream(optional)
5 tablespoons of sugar
or according to your taste
150ml of water
