Ingredients The banana filling 600 g ripe bananas 3 large 3 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence The tart shells 200 g plain flour 100 g unsalted butter at room temperature 1 tbsp caster sugar 3 tbsp cold water 1 beaten egg yolk for brushing
