What a great tutorial on artichokes. I didn’t realize that if they were small/young enough, there would be no choke to dig out. I’ve only made bigger ones stuffed w cheese and bread crumbs, but this seems ideal for summer!!! I’ll be on the lookout for some baby artichokes.
