Nice care package! Such versatile items. I can think of soooo may uses for all of them. I'd make Kabocha bread, for sure. I've never tasted Haskapp but I'd love the flavor profile you described--sour and sweet--yum! Thank you for another thoughtfully curated care package, and for your recipes, Satoshi. I’m surprised Satoshi would eat the muffins knowing he hates cinnamon. I’m a cinnamon freak. Grew up eating cinnamon sugar toast since we were so poor. Thanks for all you do.

A great box full of deliciousness. I had a co-worker put Haskapp Jam or Apple Jam on a small wedge of Plain cheesecake depending on what small jar he could keep in the tiny office fridge. When I worked in Akihabara.

We have Haskap berries here in Canada. We have tried the alcohol haskap liquor and jam both very good. That’s a great care package!
