Happy Birthday dear lady! I hadn't seen you in a while and then about 4 days ago you came back to my feed. So.. for your birthday, I am going to play all your videos while I am out on errands. Have you ever watched Chris Cooking Nashville? He does a lot of carnivore and keto baking recipes and I wonder if you could utilise some of his methods into your baking? Stuff like egg white powder, beef gelatin and beef protein isolate could elevate some of your keto bakes and make them even more low carb instead of relying on almond and coconut flours.

@@tracythrowerconyers I was more thinking about the innovation he has created by using egg white powder and gelatin to create more "bread-like" textures; something keto bakers don't use yet due to this idea that keto flour substitutes are what you need to use to mimic real flour. The problem with these types of flours are their carb count, the fact that they are heavily reliant on a lot of almonds which are expensive, both in price and calories, and not that good for you in large amounts, and their texture is grainy. If she started experimenting, especially with her knowledge as a pastry chef, she could probably make incredible creations that rival, or even beat, Chris'.
