At the place of rice malt and agave, can I use keto sugar free maple syrup, I am on low carb that’s why. Please let me know , very tempting bars

I tried and left it overnight in the fridge but it doesn't set like yours. Basically I can't cut them into individual solid pieces. Any reason why?

Probably because you didn't let the suger cook long enough needs to be thickkkk

The vanilla she put in aint doing much anyways, if you boil vanilla extract it evaporates out of your food leaving it with no vanilla taste anyways

I'm sure the foil will stick to the bottom of these. Good recipe but I will try without using the foil

I've only used rice malt syrup but you could use either maple syrup or agave. Just use a little less as they are much sweeter.

You can use Agave as its low GI.... Or even raw honey... Any liquid sweetener is fine as long as it does not affect your sugar levels.
