@@TheCooknShare well i think ur not the man for the job when it comes to directions, did exactly what you said and ya fkd up my pork spare ribs, 2 and a half hrs you say , it was ruined dry, over cooked hard, I knew that time was wayyyy too long ,I thought ok ill follow see what happens, didn't even get to cook it a further 20 minutes would have killed it more so. think ill look for a french cook or chef
