I make baked spicy fries very similar to this quite often for my family, it's always a hit. They would not taste the same without smoked paprika! We love home made chipotle or garlic mayonnaise to dip our fries in, delicious!

I've been using a coffee mill to grind pepper for at least 30 yrs (or more). A dear friend made my coffee bean mill from a kit as many years ago. Such a grat use for the tool, & I always have enough pepper!

Fair warning about "kamikoto" knives. They are a scam, and use cheap 420j2 steel. While 420j2 wont rust, it also wont hold an edge at all. This makes 420j2 good for surgical knives, as they are only used once, but horrible for kitchen knives. Please for the love of god research sponsors. Its owned by the same people running "established titles", also a scam.
