The weather is freezing today! How about a bowl of warm rice soup?
[ Ingredients ]
Shiitake mushroom water 1.8L
Soaked shiitake mushroom 230g
Green onion 2 cup (150g)
Onion 1.5 cup (150g)
Pork (front leg) 1 cup (170g)
Rice 1 bowl (200g)
Cooking oil 1/4 cup (30g)
Sesame oil 2 tbsp (15g)
Red pepper powder 1/2 cup (40g)
Soup soy sauce 1/2 cup (80g)
Minced garlic 2 tbsp (30g)
Salted shrimp 2 tbsp (40g)
MSG 1/2 tbsp (5g)
Fine salt 1/2 tbsp (5g)
Some pepper
[ Directions ]
1. Soak shiitake mushroom in 1.8L of water for 3 hours, squeeze out water, and cut in slices.
2. Slice the green onion in half and cut in 3 cm, and chop the rest for garnish.
3. Julienne the onion and cut the pork meat into bite sizes.
4. Add cooking oil and sesame oil to a pan and stir-fry the pork.
5. Once the outside of pork meat is cooked, add green onion and onion and continue cooking.
6. When the green onion and onion start to cook, add salted shrimp and continue cooking as if deep-frying.
7. Add the soaked shiitake mushroom and soup soy sauce.
8. Once thoroughly stir-fried, add red pepper powder and make red pepper oil.
9. When the oil is infused with red pepper powder, add shiitake mushroom water, minced garlic, and pepper and boil over medium heat.
11. Once boiled, taste and season with salt and MSG.
10. Put rice in a bowl and pour in the soup.
11. Top with some green onion as garnish to finish.
