Delicious salad in 3 minutes! I never get tired of eating this salad! Kohlrabi radish salad with oil

Kohlrabi and radish salad with a delicious honey-mustard dressing: wonderfully crisp and refreshing salad. Perfect as a salad for grilling, as a side dish or as a light and healthy meal, especially for hot days!
Kohlrabi is not only super tasty, but also incredibly healthy. It is rich in important vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, potassium and folic acid. It also contains a lot of fiber, which supports our digestion.
The special thing about our salad is the delicious honey-mustard dressing. A perfectly balanced mixture of sweet honey, spicy mustard, fruity balsamic notes and a pinch of salt and pepper. This gives the salad a wonderful freshness and harmony of flavors.
Ingredients
1 kohlrabi, with young leaves
1 bunch of radishes
3 tbsp oil
1.5-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp mustard, medium hot or sweet
1 tsp honey or agave syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of radish kohlrabi radish salad with vinegar oil:
1. Cut the kohlrabi and radishes into sticks/strips or grate coarsely.
2. Wash the parsley (optional) and chop finely or pick off individual leaves.
3. Mix a dressing from oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
5. The super tasty and healthy salad is ready!
